Regarding the New Portable Horses

I've noticed that when you use the new transport saddles on a horse, the saddle is permanently bound to said horse, and the information about that horse can't be removed as far as I  can see, meaning if you wanted to move 20 horses, you'd need 20 saddles, whether this is a bug or not, I'd like to know. I just think having to have so many saddles is a bit silly.

What in the blazes are you doing with all of those horses?

I was just using an example, but I do have a lot of horses.

20 saddles isnt a bit silly

i am sure you have 20 saddles for each of those horses already. Just use those saddles and craft the special saddle with them. You dont have to leave the old saddle on them.

I don't really have a problem with that, but I do actually only have about 1 saddle, because I never leave horses with saddles on them, expensive and easier for people to steal them. Thank you for the answer though. Will have to buy some more saddles I guess.
