Ok, so I was in my house, and I tried to mine downwards. Then this message pops up saying 'YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO INTERACT WITH: STONE_BLOCK'.

So I think this is an bug or something, so I change to a different part of my mine. Same thing pops up again. Then I do /home.

I try to see if I can open a chest. Nope. Open a door? Nope. My Bed? Nope.

Then I /warp to Obsidiland to check if that's 'working'. I cant do anything there either.

Anyone have any answers??

I fixed this for Croky. I added the perm node 'essentials.build' as it was the EssentialsAntiBuild plugin that was causing this. If anyone else gets this ask a mod or admin to help you out, but it seems to have just been Croky.
