Why do you deserve a warp?: Because it will give the people who want to live there a easier way to find our Town/Hotel we have about 7 people thereand we will have more to come( I know most in person)

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?: Yes it is very much ready to be inhabited the skeleton is huge with many plans ahead for consruction.
