Why do you deserve a portal?:Because... Megamart is the #1 shop on the server and people want to buy from it every day... I want to still allow this.. We made a new megamart cause the old one was a greif magnet... I hope you concider my request

If your portal will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?:
Yes it is ready... Sorta... We just need to finish moving all the items over to the new megamart and we will be ready...
