when I got unbanned I deicided to check a look at my town and I saw greifs and I tried to tell staff I did /msg and /helpop to every persont that can help me, and yet they ignored me and not even afk...

Just because they they don't have the [afk] next to their name, doesn't mean they're not afk. Also, just be patient. Patience is key! Your griefs will be fixed, don't worry.

I have been afking a lot, sorry. We're not ignoring you, we're just kind of off doing other things. If you want, sending a /mail would probably get their attention, or at least they'd see it next time they do a command.
