Reporting Omking

So today, there was the asshole, ign 'Omking', being a smartass, attacking cynder, using plenty of caps, and trying to make a joke out of the whole thing. I didn't manage to get a screenshot of his earlier caps rampage, but basically, he was using caps in everything he said. I told him to stop, staying calm, and he responds with 'MY CAPS ARENT ON?' and he would continue to do this.
