mods on/off? Empty mods on/off?

hey guys, I am wondering if you can turn off mods somehow. I want to get a mod, but once I get it, is there a way for me to turn it off?

I don't use mods, but maybe modloader? Look into that.

Yes, ModLoader is probably the thing you should use.

I use Multi-MC.

It lets you have multiple minecraft version at once. Including snapshots, modded versions, Beta versions etc.

You simply click on what client you want to load, you can have a setup like this:

Vanilla
Mods
Latest Snapshot

etc.

You can get it from www.forkk.net
