Spam /caps

Too many times i see people get screamed at and banned for this... especially whenthe person doing it is the one who often flips on others for doing this same thing.
Nobody wants to see this stuff. can we please do something about it?

Notice that she was kicked for spam by no cheats,



And then returned and continued. I can give more screen shots than just these 3 as well.



And one more for good measure.

She's been warned so many times. Next time she does this it's a perma ban.
