Why do you deserve a warp?:
I've spent about 2 days working on it, and I already managed to get the staff ready too. It also is about 5 to 10 minuets from any warp I know of, so I won't get any business without this warp.

If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?:
I have 2 floors prepared for it, and I will build more floors when nessisary. It is currently habitable, and I have all of the supplies nessisary for people to live in the 8 rooms available now.
