If your warp will be for a town, how developed is the skeleton of the town? Is it ready to be inhabited?:Not quite yet, but it has a place for the warp to take place and if people want to help they can warp there(It has a warp skeleton). Please consider:)

You should have some creativity with the name, and you don't need to say "for so and so" but, I vouch

this warp is going to be a wall of every warp in the server(they need to ask me, noahdooling or wiiktor first and well make the sighn)

I'm going to ouch, because I know noahdooling personally, and know that he is extremely trust-able. I also know that netherpro and wiiktor are good players. I hope this helps, as I truly do believe they deserve this warp.
I also think the warp is a good idea, and well thought-out.
