The Name Thread

Hey everyone! I've been on the server a bit recently, and I've found myself oft wondering how my fellow players came upon their usernames. So, I decided to make a thread about it. Well, that, and some other reasons. But now I'm asking you! Why did you choose your username, and do you regret anything about it?

The reason for my username is pretty simple. It's my last name, and it's what everyone calls me. So I thought it was a good fit.

Kevo is a nickname that sounds adventurous and cool.
235 was suggested by the thing that says 'Kevo is taken, try Kevo235, Kevo634, Kevo445, etc, etc.'

235 has since then become my lucky number also, ftr.

AJ is my name / middle name which is Joseph and I know you guys know my first name is Andrew so =AJ 327 are my 3 number 4 life 3 for march the 3rd month and 27 for 27th of march which is my bday and my sisters bday.. Seems legit.. Right? Lol

Gonk as in gonk droid from star wars which my bother has some inside joke with his friends about. There is some funny website stuff about gonk droids if you google it and someone made a whole gonk language and stuff. Obviously my bother found this while browsing with friends or something and saw it as a good username. Gonk is too short I guess so he added the Lord which also makes it sound quite epic.

Don't ask but somehow 410 came to be my favourite number, and get my name Oliver and turn it around to get Revilo. Hey Presto, you have my name!

I'm used to using it for every game account, but when I made my MC account, I forgot that whatever your username is, it get's set as your in game name as well
If I'd remembered I would have made it something related to "inkley" which is usually my ign on other games

Amby originated from my original IGN 'Ambrosial', which I have used in many MMORPGs!

However, SolarWasHere on the server was not created by me. xD It was an account not used and was given to me graciously, so I'm not sure where that name originated from, lol.

Well, bober is my favorite animal (see picture because im too lazy to translate), and i dont know why but im always using _rus or russian in mmo(rpg)

Gweedo was a nickname given to me by my buds in the USCG along time ago and also my distant family had a Guido yes thats his first name. Now the numbers are something special to me , they honor the men a women who have served and will serve. Now you know where Gweedo358 comes from.

Olive has been my nickname for as long as I can remember. I have also used the word 'Olive' in many usernames before.
As for the numbers, I have always liked the number 4, and one day I decided that I also like the number 7. (Not as much as 4 though... That's why the number isn't 747)

Side note: I read my username as "Olive Four seven four" as oppose to "Olive four hundred, seventy-four"

My Username came from the fact that i had been on a zelda kick recently when i bought minecraft and... yeah... Wish I could change it... My usernames are usually CatScratch101 on everything...

The Phoenix is a mythical flaming bird that brings the notion of being adventerous and brave to mind, and plus it's just cool. :3. On a side note, it also describes the climate of where I reside: FRICKIN' HOT. AHHH. Of course simply "Phoenix" was bound to be taken already, so I added "Steel", to give it that extra badassery factor. Of course, that was taken too, so I changed the "S" to a "5" and voila! :D
