Veteran announcement schedule? Empty Veteran announcement schedule?

So in April we had our first invention of a promotion schedule, which was really good, click here

and the veteran announcement always is all over the shock, so could we have an actual date for the announcement such as half way through the month, or the next month at that promos?

Also on that topic is the fact that its not even really announced until the next promos even though the person gets it :P
