YOU MUST USE THIS FORMAT FOR YOUR APPEAL TO BE CONSIDERED!

Minecraft username:

Mod/Admin who banned you:

Reason you were banned:

Reason you believe you should be unbanned:

Good example

Minecraft username: Bannedplayer123

Mod/Admin who banned you: Staff123

Reason you were banned: Griefing

Reason you believe you should be unbanned:
I admit that I griefed, and for that I am sorry. I have learned my lesson, and I wish to play properly on the Oasis server. I have read the rules thoroughly now, so that I won't break any rules in the future, if you choose to unban me.

Sincerely, Bannedplayer123
Why is this a good ban appeal?
1. The banned player used the provided ban appeal format.
2. The banned player admitted that he broke the rules, and takes responsibility for his actions.
3. The ban appeal is well written, without too many spelling mistakes and grammer errors.

Bad example

plz unban me, i do nothing vrong it was my bro that grief not me
Why is this a bad ban appeal?
1. The banned player did not use the provided ban appeal format.
2. The banned player blamed someone else, and didn't take responsibility and didn't even apologize (what happens on your account is completely your responsibility).
3. The ban appeal is poorly written, with a lot of spelling mistakes and grammar errors.

Another bad example

Minecraft username: Bannedplayer123

Mod/Admin who banned you: I don't know and I don't care

Reason you were banned: I did nothing wrong

Reason you believe you should be unbanned:
You guys are lame for banning an innocent player. I did absolutely nothing wrong, and I demand to be unbanned immediatly! If not I will hack your server and f*** things up and report you to planet minecraft!
Why is this a bad ban appeal?
1. Although the banned player used the provided ban appeal format and used proper english, he was very disrespectful towards the staff who banned him.
2. The player did not admit that he broke the rules.
3. The player threatened with hacks and reports. This will under no circumstances get you unbanned, you will only get yourself banned from the forum, and lose any chance of getting unbanned.
