My Idiot Self

Me while I was screwing around with WinRAR was like "Yeah lets get a Texture Pack I have no idea how to install!!" My genious self deleted like 5 folders, Added some files (from the Texture pack")

Any Help?/ How to fix my minecraft cause I play in browser!! Download does not work.

You haven't really specified the problem.

Also i believe the problem is.

He can't add a texture pack and would like to know how to install one.

OK first of Download the texture pack you want.
Then you need to download the MC Patcher

Then put the texture pack in the correct folder (if you don't know where this folder is) just open MC go to texture packs and mods then view folder) -
Once it is in the correct folder, make sure MC is closed, then open the MC Patcher, and click Patch.

You then should have a working texture pack.

*note*

Some texture packs don't require the MC Patcher, it fully depends on the resolution of them, Most however do (least most of the nice looking ones do.

Why dose'nt downloading work? And make sure you don't do random stuff next time, I think you learned your lesson. Also, you don't need MCpatcher for ALL texture packs other than ones that have resolution higher than 16x16.
