Drugs....... only joking, pretty much the same here (England) most 14-16 do look like kids, it's half term for them all at the moment, so they are infecting the streets and making the que's in shops longer, not so good when you only have a short lunch break.

my friend always puts an elephant mask on every halloween to acks like a kid to get us some candies. it works. one night she came back and a crowd of kids were calling here "Erika The Elephant" (her name is Erika) it was HILARIOUS when a dozen kids were following us around all night. XD
