I was banned for saying "GOOD", and i legit don't remember doing anything as it was ages ago.

Don't remember being disrespectful towards staff any other time, don't exaggerate it.

its like saying someone commenting on this and saying "GOOD". like i don't give a fuck? 

1 thing saying "good" is not worth a ban?, give me some more proof big boy?

Saying "good" when someone retired is damn rude.

Yeah, not like this is going to do anything, the staff team wont accept they made a mistake, because people can use that against them, There would be no harm letting me on the server?

We did not make a mistake. The only mistake here was letting you come back after your temp ban. You couldn't handle being nice after. No we don't have proof because we removed your posts, but we saw them and know what happened. The kind of attitude you are showing now will never ever get you back on this server. We are here to keep the peace and keep people like you from ruining the fun for other players.

I did say good.
Saying good once is not even close to a ban.
Apparently i did it on other occasions that's what i want proof on.

What Mega said. And there is already proof enough. What you said in vitality's and Krazo's retirement posts. "Good." That is extremely disrespectful. But that is just a glimpse at what your attitude was ever since the temp ban. You know exactly what you did. All the staff know exactly what you did. You don't need any proof.

You are taking it out of context. It is not the one simple word that we banned you for. It was the disrespect. From that post, and from all you'd done since your temp ban ended.

It was your posts against Krazo and Gweedo that sealed your fate. And yes they were deleted.

You know what you said. Don't pull that crap with me. And it wasn't ages ago. I am not going to repeat what you said because it isn't worth the time it would take. Just so you can say that I have no proof.

You come in here with that condescending attitude, and ask us for proof of your disrespectful behavior?

First of all, half our "staff team that won't accept they made a mistake" either 1)were not even staff when you were banned, or 2)Did not personally have an issue with you that resulted in your ban. Don't group them into this. You were banned by Krazo.

Second, there's a lovely post from Gweedo in vit's retirement thread addressing you. Why would that be there if your "good" comment was never there? Yes, your comment was deleted. It was rude and unnecessary. Doesn't matter if you don't remember typing it, we do.

Third, I am locking this until Pax or another staff who remembers "proof" can address this. Staff can reopen this anytime. Until then, do not make any more threads. The rest off staff who had absolutely nothing to do with your ban do not deserve your attitude, and the other players do not deserve this shitstorm in related topics.

Until Pax, Madsci, or another staff member with recollection of events regarding your ban addresses this, DO NOT MAKE ANOTHER THREAD.

Pax just told you in this very post about what you did wrong, and yet you were not satisfied with that answer so you decide to stir up a mess in this post by asking what harm saying "good" can do and how it got you banned? 

I am speechless. I don't know what to say. You sir should be ashamed of yourself. You were banned for extreme disrespect to two of our hardest-working and longest-serving staff members - Krazo and Vitality96 - by saying "good" when they announced their retirement. I am baffled at how you fail to understand saying "good" is a form of disrespect. Maybe you are trying to play us off with your 'i dont remember doing it' excuses. Maybe you are trying to get unbanned to cause more trouble (keep in mind we don't forget you did threaten to DDOS us back in summer 2013, and you were BANNED for that as well!)

Your stubbornness will be your own damn downfall. It already has been your downfall, in a way. 

If you had at least applied and used the correct format and were respectful and considerate of the staff and the community on this server, then perhaps we might have granted you another chance. However you BLEW it with your previous post and with the arguments on this thread right here. 

I am sorry but I do not allow people who have disrespect of this level on my server. You brought this upon yourself. This is your fault for staying banned.

I know this topic is already locked but im putting in my 2 cents again.

First off Josh, I dont have to provide proof. EVERYONE knows my #1 biggest rule......YOU DO NOT DISRESPECT MY STAFF EVER! THEY VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME AND EFFORTS TO HELP PROVIDE SAFE GAMING EVIRONMENT FOR EVERYONE TO HAVE FUN.

The "GOOD" comment wasnt all, its just the only one with any bit of proof that you were being an ass. Gweedo's comment in that post I linked you should be enough proof to show that YOU WERE BEING A DICK THAT DAY. And it wasnt the only day. It kept happening, and happening, and happening. Despite the warnings we gave you.

Its your own damned fault. And even if there was a silghtest chance that it wasnt you, YOU KNOW THE RULES, YOUR RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACCOUNTS SECURITY. Either way, your not comming back. Ever.
