nationals is going great

Not sure how many of you know but I'm on my high schools trap team ans we are currently in Sparta, Illinois for the SCTP (schoolastic clay target program) national shoot (all states in the U.S are here). Our varsity squad is doing decent but sucked their first round and yet they won 1st place for varsity level in the state shoot for Michigan (cause thats where we r from) while my squad (jv or junior varsity) is doing awesome. Although there is only 3 out of 5 people on my squad we are at a 90% accuracy rate. My scores from todays 4 rounds shot were: 18, 20, 22, and amazingly a perfect 25 (each round is 25 clay pigons per shooter and 5 shooters per squad)


So yeah its going great despite being 12 hours away from home. However I will not be online for another 2 days minimum due to no wifi and I didnt bring my laptop. I will check the forums after tomorrows 4 rounds (100 birds) and will post my scores as well

My scores for today's 4 rounds are in: 20, 22, 24, 19 (gun acted up in the last round having some firing pin issues causing delayed shots and thus misses)

Total score combined from both days was 170 out of 200 or a 85% accuracy for both days. Not bad for this being my first season (5 months)
