Computer problems

Hey Oasis I have been on almost every day but not for long periods due to my computer being messed up..... But this week I'm getting a new computer so that problem will be remedied in also getting a faster internet connection .... Life is good!

It is oooollllldddddd and it's running hot I think the fans start running really hard/fast then I'll get the blue screen of death fatal error and starts counting down before shutting off.

So hows the new computer??

Aye, if it's old then it's probably not worth fixing for you. Sounds like it needs a good dusting out and new thermal paste applied to the CPU & Heatsink, though.

How ever, keep it even after you replace it with a new one. I want it if it's still functional and if you're willing to ship it to me (I shall pay for shipping).

Trying to collect spare parts for testing/troubleshooting/diagnosis/etc. Besides, it'll be fun to try & fix it up, even if I'm unsuccessful.

If possible, I recommend you back up any files that are important to you. Because if you do decide you want to send it to me, I'll be wiping the drive once it arrives.

Granted, it's not wise. In fact, completely advised against if one is a minor.

But I'm an adult and it's a risk I'm willing to take. I feel I can trust robbie with just mailing his old PC to me. Besides, he'll be the only one I intend to give my address to on here and it'll be through a private message.

Doubt someone 4 states away would spend all that time & money to travel to where I am anyway.
