I would sleep but...

I would sleep, but then I saw this and I still can't get over it.
This is from my well, used-to-be crush.



It feels like a direct murder to my eyes and sleep.

I still have text messages from ex-gf saved/locked to my phone. I can't bring myself to delete them. Looking back at those messages takes a chainsaw to any happy thought I had in mind e-e

On the bright side, playing minecraft together with oasis server family is always comforting no matter how bad the feels and stresses of real life are ;w;
and there's leaf blocks here...
and potatoes...

Ugh, but here I was sent the messages RIGHT BEFORE I could go to sleep and when I saw them the words hurt like stones and I was stuck thinking about it for four hours until I got too tired to cry it out anymore... I have the same problem where I can't seem to bring myself to wipe it...I can't delete individual messages and when it prompts me to delete the entire conversation I just couldn't. I'm not sure why, but it's probably the healthy and nice conversations we were having two days before he cast me out like that...

Just hang in there and take a sleeping pill or something. It won't hurt as bad in the morning

As if the conversation wasnt bad enough, I feel like those last two texts alone would be enough to keep me up until 1AM just wondering what the hell she was trying to say there...

All I can say is not to let it get under your skin. In any situation like this somones going to be very upset and theres nothing to be done about changing that. I would offer distractions to keep your mind off it, but all that does is push the problem away for awhile. You're still young and have alot of time to find a gal in your life, as many will say, but that doesnt fix the sting of rejection. Do what you want, just so long as everything you do isn't for her.
