please excuse my absence

Please excuse my absence, as i haven't been on for awhile. i'm going to miss promos! :( I miss oasis and I think about it every day D:i'm glad I don't have peeg fahm, or I would be going insane over the thought of my peegs not having a peeg overseer!  so now that I can't play minecraft... I've just been watching X-files and crying.
as some of you may know, I have been having some issues with my laptop. last Thursday I think is when the problem started... my acer aspire has been overheating and causing the stop code of 0x0116, which means the graphics card is not responding in time (most likely to overheating). now I'm not sure how to locate the source of the problem, but I probably need to clean my computer junk stuff. I've already cleaned a part, but I need to clean the heat sink. the computer is now shutting down within 20-40 minutes of rebooting, and will shut down faster when I run something with fps or whatever (youtube and minecraft). I can play openTTD though, so that's always nice

You might need one of those condensed air cans to unglos the laptop fans of dust and junk ;-;
or could be battery issue...
My old laptop did this too I:

yeah the laptop is about four years old... :( I did use a condensed air can to clean around the hard drive and in between the keyboard and I hope I don't need a new laptop D: I might need to replace the thermal paste or whatever that stuff is, but I don't have any so I hope its not expensive. apparently acers are notorious overheaters

Mine was toshiba, i had for about 4-5 years, but my brother's was acer and had more problems then mine did x-x

Good luck in getting your laptop fixed inexpensively! I don't really know anything about laptops or computers, so I couldn't provide much help. :/ 

Anyways, we will miss you!

My computer is up and running, good as new after re-imaging!
As soon as I re-install everything, I will be able to squander away my hours on this wonderful server as I once did!
