Can kittycreeper000 use my account on the forums to make her member app?

That would be fine. I have spent a lot of time looking through the various Member apps and such, and occasionally there are people who have posted other people's Member apps for various reasons. Just ask him/her the questions it needs and put down his/her answers there, then below it if you want you can post your vouch (if you are vouching) and why. By the way, I would suggest to her to make his/her own account anyways, because in the future when he/she is thinking about making a Veteran or JrMod application, the join date with not not applicable because it was your join date, not his/hers, and it would just bring up a lot of confusion because the forum join date = official join date.

Actually, would prefer you just make it for her. That would be better. Just ask her the info for the answers you make a member app for her. Its totally fine to do that. Staff and some other players do it all the time.
