Non-Staff disciplining others

I have noticed this happening more and more...Lina's post covered this a tad. I want to cover it some more. Lately there is over 50+ people on the server now and non-staff are making the guests confused with who is in charge. I have seen this happen even with 5 staff online. Guys when you see staff on correcting people THIS NOT YOUR CHANCE TO THROW YOUR TWO CENTS IN...Non staff needs to stop correcting people and just play the game you are here to play, we staff are here for the disciplining not you. You are not helping if twenty people all are correcting one person. If I see you do this in game you will get ONE warning from me, then kick with warning then temp ban. There is just too many people online now days for me to keep going stop people stop.
     On a side note The slamming of new people by way of smart ass comments or any other disrespect to the person will stop NOW, People that come here and donate is how this server is able to continue running, I will not put up with the nasty comments I keep seeing to new people. Play the game let us worry about what the guests and members are doing. You just have fun.

I agree. But this doesn't mean we shouldn't tell people "Enoguh with the caps!" or "Stop spamming".

 But when 10 people say it, it does more spamming than what the person did himself... If someone has already said "Stoping spamming", then there's no need for any1 else to say it :)

I agree.

The 10 players saying "Please don't spam" is often A) More repetitive than the original spam and B) More irritating. If there's staff online they'll deal with the spammers/caps abusers/whatever. If there's no staff online there's nothing you can do but letting them know it's against the rules. If 1 person points out spamming is against the rules, if they want to stay they'll stop. If they don't its obvious they're either stupid or want to be as annoying as possible. At this point they already know its banned. If there's no staff, do not feed them attention. Simply post a screenshot here on the forums.

I'd also like to point out that this won't get you staff. I'm sure there's a lot of players who think "I'll act like staff so they can see what a good job I'd do as staff, helping my rank up!". No. There's proper ways to deal with people in chat (All it takes is a simple F2) and a lot of players who think they'll act like staff to help often end up doing the opposite by feeding people the attention they desparelty want. If you warn them if they spam again they'll get banned, don't do it unless you have access to the /ban command.

I agree with that. Sometimes, people develops a reflex to always do the discipline on rules breakers, so they are not helping the staff because, as Taccy said:
