You should beef up your app a little bit. As you currently have it, we don't know what you can offer us as a staff member. We need to know more before we give you the power and responsibility that comes with being a staff member.

Ant going off of what lemondadellamas said beef it up most are 4-5 paragraghs and i feel like you should learn more about minecraft it self or at least some of it machanics too

In all seriousness though, I think it might be time to lock this one up. (I say this because otherwise Ive just been an unhelpful smartass)

Just a few things to help you out..

1) Your application is off to a good start but it really could use a lot more to it. I like to see applications that gives us some back story about your self and what you plan to do if you became a staff member. Who are you?, what do you like to do?, what things have impacted your life?, and how you can use them to help others as a staff member. The more you can write the better! Try reading over other staff members applications and maybe that will give you a better idea.

2) One of the biggest things about being on the staff team is being very involved in our forums. Watching over the OasisSMP server is only half of the job a staff member has to do. Being very active in the forums will help you a lot on your application. With only a few posts so far, it would help to try and be more active in the forums and help others out.

After the feed back from other members and what I have said, I suggest that you work on your application, activeness on the server, and your activeness on the forums. After you have spent some time working on these things, we would love for you to apply again! Remember that if you ever need any help on your  application or have any questions, feel free to ask us and we can try to help you. I believe you have the information you need to help you along so I will be locking this forum so you may use this information provided and work on what needs to be improved.
