Remember those good times?

Post  mefabe on Wed Feb 22, 2012 7:37 am

Remember the good times?
Where there was the mob pluggin where you'd kill mobs and get money each night.
Or when there were more colorful ranks (It's colorful right now too but not as much)
Or when there was a whitelist to prevent griefing.
Or when people respected each other more.
Or Anything.. There are good times.
Tell me about any good or bad times you remember here on Oasis.
I'm just curious.
Thanks! Smile

'Remember those good times'

We're still having good times, and in fact, we're about to get better. Now dont put a downer on the present.

Yeah. Live in the moment. And- "The moment is now. What happens in the past, stays there. The future is an open book, waiting to be written by the present and those in it."

Forget who said that. Great quote, no?

nothing is ever the same as it was. Time moves on regardless of how 'good' it felt. I understand with the griefs and all it seems as though we are going downhill. But its like the economy- we will recover.

Still good times to be had guys.

No white list has good and bad points to it, some of the newer players who have stayed (built nice stuff) and behaved only joined us because there was no white list. Shame there is more griefing though.

Either way, keep posting guys. :P

Kevo, you are Kevo. Skinner is my World History teacher, who has a bunch of quotes from famous people in his classroom. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Oh yes the good old days where at least 5 people were not banned per day. Good times... I miss the old player base a bit too (I.E: SeaTan, Nova, Scottdogs, CommanderAJ, etc). This player base is great Smile , but sometimes I remember the players in the past who were really good people and always did cool stuff. Both player bases are great. I respect those who still kept playing on the server for the duration of the server's life cycle (I.E: Kingnothing, Broadstreetbully, Chaos, etc).
