You have put the new server up, but it has a local ip address. That means only people connected to your internet can access it. You need to go to whatsmyip.org, find your external ip and put it under ip= in server.properties.
This is just a guess, but I think that when you launch the GUI (Graphical shit that you type stuff into, aka the user "[server]") It says "cannot bind to port" or some shit like that. Don't try to change the port. If you are still using your macbook pro to host the server right now, and it is in the same place, try to use your old ip, 184.108.40.206. If you aren't using your macbook pro to host it anymore and/or are in a different place, think. How did you find out that you were supposed to use the ip 220.127.116.11 in the first place, instead of your local ip, 192.168.x.x? If none of that works... then ask walshie4.
I think I can add some input :p You may need to type in the ip for your router into a web browser to see your router settings (router ip is usually the same as your local ip but the last number is 1. In this control panal you need to enable port forwarding for port 25565 if you cant figure out how to do this just call your ISP and they should be able to guide you very quickly. Then using the ip you got from here enter that into the server.properties ip= section and you should be good to go. If you can't get this or any other problem just make a post and me and saeTan will be glad to share out knowledge.
