LOL, you normal? Never gonna be a thing. Other then you know the whole Vet rank thing. That's kinda normal, kinda. Good to have you back. Also, even if its an Irish Potato talking to you and not a nice PEI Potato, never go full potato.

Prince Edward Island. Its a Canadian province where a ton of Irish folk, including some of my ancestors, settled after the potato famine of Ireland. Its known probably mostly by Canadians and some Americans from states near it to grow some of the best potatoes in North America. Though I know America has a few states that have a reputation for potatoes as well. It really depends on what kind of flavour and flesh colour you want; white to yellow. So yeah, I'll stop talking about potatoes now. lol
