Oh look minecraft 1.6

nice, Alot of bug fixes and a couple more items, should be good and legit nether is SMP ^^.

Will probably be up sometime this week as well. lets hope the maps prove usful to people (means having to actually move around the near-by-areas)

Yeah, bunch of good stuff. I don't know if any of you got that stuff about packets, but basically a major performance increase that shouldn't even have had to be fixed. Also, when minecraft gets updated, we will do one of two things:

A.) Not update the minecraft server. If we do this, then you guys will have to click the big "NO" button when it asks you if you want to update. Or, if you know how to, you can keep a copy of the old 1.5_01 jarfile, and switch them out. We will NOT be supplying a copy of it so you can backdate, because that is illegal.

B.) We will update the minecraft server client, but it will be vanilla. That means no mods, ranks etc. Basically singleplayer but with more than one person. Also a performance increase. We will switch to a temporary map.

Are you going to update the server when the best build for Bukkit comes out or is it gonna stay in 1.5

Will we switch back to the map we have now? When it is updated again.?

As soon as a stable build of bukkit is released, we will update to ot, bringing back the current map, unless we stay on 1.5, where we'll stay on this map, and update to 1.6 when it comes out.
