Gweedo's Retirement

Hello everyone,

     Like the title says, Yes I have retired. It has been a wonderful ride, I will miss everything but after 2yrs plus, I needed a break. Staffing the server is and always will be the most wonderful thing I was a part of. I have seen this server grow into what it is today and I am proud to be a part of it. I will continue to play the game on the server and like always be there for any of you who may need me.

     You all are a big part of my life and I will never forget the wonderful times I have had on the server. Hope you all have a wonderful day.

Glad to hear you'll be sticking around, I wish you a bit of peace in your retired state.

If this is what you believe is best, then I hope you enjoy your retirement. Play some golf or something. Maybe you can staff again in a while? After your "break"? I dunno, maybe a year or so from now?

You were an incredible staff member. I am honored to have staffed under you and with you. You helped me a lot during the our time together. I'm very glad to see you are still going to be active and playing as a player. See ya online!

Gweedo you will be missed as staff. You were the first staff member I really spoke to when i joined and without your help with the hostile mobs I wouldn't have been able to build my museum on the 1.7 map. Good luck to you in your future endeavors! Hope to see you in game from time to  time.

Thank you everyone for the wonderful comments. I forgot to say in the beginning that I am no way shape or form bored of minecraft and I wont be leaving the server. I love the game, I love the community and staff here.

Gweedo, you're a pillar of the Oasis community, and I don't think that's going to change just because you retired.  Enjoy a well-deserved rest from banning griefers
