About recent activity levels dropping

Sorry if i have not been online as much lately guys. I'm going to try hard to stay active but dont be suprised if im gone for a while

The reason for this is because I am having to deal with a crap ton of family issues and a lot of depression from all the stress I'v had lately. Right now I'm going through the worst time of my life and right now gaming is not a big priority right now. I'm going to therapy 2-3 times a week and my meds dosage got doubled. My friends hate me now for some reason and I'v lost a lot of my animals to the cold weather. I'm having a hard time with things right now and it seems like everything I do to try to make things better it instead gets worse. At this point in time there is nothing for me to be happy about and depression is ruling my life. I'm having a really hard time dealing with all this as everything I try to do to make myself or others feel any better it just makes everything worse for me. For months I'v been trying to cope with my depression but sadley my "breaking point" has been broken for a couple months.


Here I am at senior year high school, varsity sport athlete, 13 year 4-H veteran, and the biggest and most well known name in the llama community in Michigan. And yet im not happy with the way my life is going. I should be happy and everything but its the complete opposite. 

Every time I try to do something I enjoy or want to try I get rejected, bad mouthed, sat on, pushed out of the way, and treated like complete dirt.  



I'm not sure when i will be able to return to my full activity but it may be a while as there is way to many things going on right now.

All I can say is I'm thinking of you. I'm being flat out plain right now because I want you to get this message how I want you to. Just know someone cares.

Depression is a chronic illness..and chronic illnesses cause depression. No matter what happens it makes you look at the world through sh*t colored glasses.

Thinking your achievements will make up for the miserable stuff you feel is like saying, "Gee..only five percent of your body has a second degree burn! Why don't you think about the what's not been burnt?"

Depression is that five percent that has been burned. You can't not feel it. You can only try to treat it, keep living with it, and recognize that it doesn't define you. The other ninety five percent of your life does. 

You've done so much *despite* the pain. As far as the people that are putting ya down...and it really really sucks when it's family..I know that...screw em. Eventually you can be out on your own if you choose. Just hang on tooth and nail, you have friends here. Keep coming back in just to say hi or post on the board. Don't cut the folks who think you are awesome and accept you unconditionally out of your life at a point when you need their positive input the most. 

Hang in there...and don't go away. Folks here will worry about you if we don't hear from you...Lina might send a sheep squad after you....and don't get me started about the Chicken Commandos...

Hang in there. It always helps me to think that no matter how horrible you feel there is always plenty of people that would gladly trade places with you. Depression is miserable. I have learned that it's temporary despite how eternal it can feel. If we never felt sadness... Happiness would not feel so fulfilling. Our lives have seasons, don't let it bring you down.

Long story short my father is the biggest most well known "shearer" for llamas in Michigan And he's also 1 of the 3 remaining shearing specialist left in Michigan and those who shear sheep refuse to touch llamas. My dad, Blazin (brother) and Me travel 4 states shearing over 1500 llamas at over 200 farms. He was also many years ago the biggest breeder in the Michigan. Because of our experiance with llamas if anybody in the U.S has a question about them they end up calling him. Every vet in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois calls him if they are stuck as llamas are among the hardest livestock to diagnose diseases and stuff with. My dad never even studied vetrinary medicine yet every vet who gets a call for llamas just instantly gives the client my dad's number and has him handle it even though he cannot acess specific medication other then dewormers. Not just vets call my family but every time the Michigan state troopers have an issue with llamas guess who they end up calling? My parents have taken in llamas from some of the biggest animal cruelty cases in the country and have taken 40 of them from 1 farm before.  And to top it all off my dad was the leader of the 2nd biggest Llama 4-H club in Michigan and is very high up on the 4-H board.



Anyway now to the reason for this comment... I just needed a few days to clear my head. A lot has happened to cause this including stress at school, a hawk killing my pet pigeon and about 12-16 bantam chickens, a couple of the lllamas i raised from birth died from the cold, depression levels skyrocketed (under control now), being rejected from things, and much more


I should be able to return to my full activity level again as long as my meds will work
