So, 2 Years?

Today, Jan 11, marks my 2 years on Oasis! Its been a grand time being here with you all! I know that at this time, Im not really active that much. In fact, for the past year I've only been around the forums, really, aside from dropping in on Minechat here and there, but if you count activity by devotion, then I've been quite devoted. I do feel bad, though, because there are so many new players I have yet to become acquainted with and so many old players who have become innactive. Its tough, cha kno.

So, this being my 2 years means that Ive been around for... 2 years. I can still remember back in 1.4, my first build was a wizardy tower. I covered it in light blue wool to disguise it and I wrote in giant white wool "THE SKY" so it was pretty much invisible. If someone wanted to find that in the 1.4 download map, it wouldnt be too hard (if they knew those cardinal warps. Also its pretty much invisible, so no griefers there). I recall it was a ways behind the Canada warp obelisk, along the coastline, behind the giant word "SWAG" I built for my friend. Good times.

Anyways, I dont want to make this super long. I feel like those are some tidbits that have really stood out for me over the past 2 years. One of the only builds Ive bothered finishing and how innactive I am. Yep, this post is solid gold. So yeah, 2 years. Cant wait for 3. Also cant wait to finally see 1.8 spawn, I can only assume it is amazing.

Gratz on 2 years, by making it this far I would say you are in a low % of players who stay longer than 2 years so good on you, once you have 2 years under your belt the third goes quite quickly, at least it has for me, so I hope you continue to be an Oasian for many more ;)
