Goodbye

Hello,
 
I have done what was long overdue. I am no longer staff of Oasis SMP.
Thank you for all of the great memories we have shared through the years. We’ve had happy moments, sad ones, twists, welcomes, goodbyes, promotions, demotions. We’ve been through a lot together. People come and go, but with those who stayed we became quite close, like a family of sorts.
 
I am not going to lie, I doubt you will see me on the server again, because I have grown sick of this game, but after all I have been playing it for 4-5 years now, so that’s given. I will chime in on the forums every week or so, but that’s it.
 
I want to use this moment to address a few people I feel I should credit:-
-       Floris – A great, great friend. A person who I can trust fully. Awesome teacher and a great guy to hang around with.
-       Jeroen – Great friend and teacher. Would make for a terrific liftingbro.
-       Abbey – Great friend, easy and pleasant to talk with and wouldn’t judge you.
-       Ivan – Good friend, 100% Russian and has good taste in books.
-       Mike – Great guy, know’s his stuff and great to talk with.
-       Norm – Great guy, like an uncle to look up to.
-       Kyle – All around great guy and The Car Guru of Oasis.
-       Kevin – Good friend and pleasant to talk with about music.
 
Even if you weren’t mentioned in my list, you are not forgotten and have a special place in my mind.
 
If I hadn’t looked up how to dupe items 3 years ago and found the server in that video, I wouldn’t have met all these great people and I would have probably been a much different person, not for the best though.

You will forever be remembered on Oasis SMP as a great staff member and great friend, i personaly liked u alot, just about as much as Lina. And what do you say when u can't say "Goodbye". You say Hello.<Admin>vitality96.  

Though decision you made, I have a lot of respect for you.
Take care of your self, and do the right things.

MC doesn't take up too much space on my harddrive, so I will keep it in-case I feel like hoping on for some casual stuff every once in a while.

I fall asleep, and people retire. Every time. This is exactly why I try not to sleep I: XD
I'd write a simple goodbye, but that will not do. Not after all the birlliant times you've shared with us, both as staff and player.
So prepare for a wall of text.
The day you rose to guide was a month before Jawell, Logan, and I did. I never said much to you before staff, but I always look up to you. Calm and respectful and pleasant, even during debates and handling bans. Even before staff, you where a player to look up to; cool and fun-loving. Even your builds are cool, I remember looking at this epic place with a ton of bookshelves and neat chandeliers and details you built and saying to myself "damn, I wish I could build like that". I was inspired and started building experiments with libraries, one of which ended up being my home in staff world.
It was a glorious day when you returned after your temporary leave, and I hold a heavy heart knowing a year+ long staff buddy is moving on; but if moving on makes you happy, then I'm happy for you. I hope that you find wonderful new games and interests to find passion in, and your spirit that we've come to know and love on Oasis will shine on.

It's been an honor to staff beside you as Guide buddies, Mod buddies, and for a short time Admin buddies.

I delayed responding to this because I hate goodbyes and losing a fellow Staff Member kills my heart, but *Wipes a Tear* Bai Vit I'm sure we'll all miss you. ;-;
