I heard from a few friends that it is the story line for Star Wars The Force Unleashed game, but I don't know that as a fact.

that, would, be, AMAZING, I loved the star wars: force unleashed games, I still liked the first one more

Right now all we know about this is that Luasarts has some of the original cast in the new movie, Han Solo plays a big part in this installment and it will be disregarding most aspects of the expanded universe. For those of you unaware, the expanded universe consists of the 50 or so interrellated novels (probably more) written by several different authors as well as any video games or other story lines not apart of the "official" Star Wars universe. For future reference, this "official" universe consists of anything produced by Lucasarts, so a handfull of Star Wars games, all the movies and the Clone Wars animated TV series.
