Hiring builders!

I've decided to start working on a new project it's a team spleef arena so I need people that have experience building spleef and it's pretty simple the way I'm building it and kinda derpy since it's my first spleef arena .w.,so help would be appreciated.I will give away valuables and coins to players that help IF they want them.

TNT is nerfed and it's not that easy to get infinity 1 and flame bows but you can still help.
