How to have Animated Images?

Hi guys, I was wondering if someone could please tell me how to add the animated gifs that I've been seeing on everyone's post. You would be a great help if you could tell me. Thankyou

You can only post these animated images on the forums from a computer. Im assuming your posting on a tablet like i mostly do but that feature is unavailable on tablets only on computers. If your on a computer click on the clip art part of the clipboard and scroll down to the animated o es then click and drag the image to where you want it on the post or comment

 Where do you find/make animated pictures ? 

You can simply search for them on the internets, they are files called .gif's, which are sequences of pictures contained in one file. If you wish to make your own frame by frame, I use adobe PSE 9 to make stuff like my signature and my vouch animation, but i am sure there are many other programs to do it with. Hope that helps a bit.
