Steam Question Empty Steam Question

So the bf and I have recently gotten steam.....My question is when he does a computer upgrade is he going to be able to download his games again onto his new hard drive?

And you guys can add me if you want.

Yeah, the games need to be downloaded into each computer that you want to play your games from.

Aight. I was a bit worried we might run into an issue getting access to them on a different computer. Should he uninstall from his old comp before downloading again?

Nope, I have steam games on both my computer and laptop and there is no problem. With steam, you can have as many downloads of the game as you want but only your account can access them. So aslong as he has his steam information, he can have his games and play them on as many computers as he wants!
