Nature needs help? Empty Nature needs help?

Post by natureluvver 11/28/2013, 9:48 am

So i've been looking at gaming computers since about mid summer. I've been chatting with a few of your fellow Oasis players but they haven't been on in a long time and are really busy with school and stuff so I've decided to ask the entire Oasis population for help! I understand that this can be a very conflicting topic between Manufactures or OS verion or type to use so I will set some ground rules right now. 1) Has to be an AMD Operating System. 2) I do not want to pay for a name(meaning spending let's say $1,000 on an alienware or some other name brand when I can get the same stats for less). 3) Has to be less than $1,000. 4) Has to be a desktop. I do not need a laptop for gaming just yet so Desktops only. Now that that's been said, I've already picked out one I like a lot. The specs for it are:
CPU Llano = AMD A8-6600K 3.9GHz Quad (4.2GHz OC) 8570D;
CPU Cooler = AMD stock cooler;
Memory = 8GB DDR3 2133MHz GSkill;
Video Card = Radeon HD 8570/8670D APU 1GB Shared;
 Hard Drive Primary = 500GB SATA-III Samsung Spinpoint F3;
 Backup HDD = 1TB 7200RPM RPMSATA-III;
 DVD Drive = 24x DVD+-RW Recorder SATA;
 Flash Reader = No Thanks;
 Power Supply = CM Elite 460W PSU;
 Mouse and Keyboard = Wireless Logitech keyboard + mouse;
 Sound Card = Integrated Sound 3D;
 Speakers = No Thanks;
 Monitor = No Thanks;
 OS - Windows = Windows 8;
 Wireless Adapter = No Thanks;
 Fans & Lights = Add up to 2 Fans Blue LED *Recommended
Case = Cooler Master Elite 430;
 Cabling = Hidden (Improved Air Flow) *Recommended;
 Motherboard = AMD A75 FM2 MicroATX USB 3.0 SATA-III;
Free Bonus = Free Game Title

I will also attach a link to the website incase the way the specs are setup is confusing you:http://www.centauruscomputers.com/html/dorado.html

It doesn't have all these standard but most of them are.
If you think this is a good computer setup or if things should be removed or add please feel free to tell me, but keep in mind that this setup is already about $850 so be sure to keep it under $1,000 if you can.

I can tell you that this pc will be beautiful Ive built 3 pc's in my life and i don't know too some of the parts that you are using. however i know that Cooler master cases are pretty good with cable management. also the power supply is really reliable. ive had it for almost 1 and 1/2 years and Ive had no problems with it. And AMD APUs are badass.
