I miss you guys! Empty I miss you guys!

So for what ever reason I can not get into my minecraft.  I tried everything I can think of even reinstalled it. anyone have any suggestions?

Minecraft auto updated to 1.7.2 Make sure your version you are playing says 1.6.4.
To select that version click profile, then click versions scroll to 1.6.4 version then click save profile the click play.

THe launcher doesn't even open for me.  Crying or Very sad

Gore,

Do you have the right version of java (64 bit or 32 bit) installed and updated it ?

Did you get any strange error messages (beside the ussual readtime out shit) before this all happened ?

Have you deleted any important minecraft files/maps or submaps ?

Tried a virus scan ?

Are you using mods currently ?
