Inactivity and Problems

Pokémon X and Y is coming out Saturday and I really want to focus on that because to have the full experience I need to focus. I'll still get on but not for long periods of time. Pokémon pretty much started my gaming obsession, it's pretty important to me.

Plus my cousin's husband got hit by a train while in a car and is barley alive. He is currently on life support and doctors still can't get him stable enough to get a CAT scan. He really doesn't have a face anymore. There is some hope for survival if swelling goes down in his face. The good thing, though it doesn't sound like it, he has a gash in his skull so there is no pressure on his brain, brain damage is still very possible.

Sad to hear all the familial ailments on this server has just gone up a tally. Also sad to see my spawn buddy a bit inactive. But, if you want to play dat der pokemon, I cant blame you, its like the GTA of hand held games. Hope you fly through the game, and hope your cousins husbands condition improves sooner rather than later!

I really want to play it, first I need a 3DS :/ lol

Never forget, family is the most important and valuable thing you can ever have. Forget the games and be there for your family when they need it. If possible, go see the husband of your cousin everyday. Even though he might be very very weak, he still knows you're there. And of someone is in the hospital, they approciate it very much of someone visits them.

I've been in the hospital too for my upper jaw surgery, no one besides my dad came. I really appreciated my dad came. Even when I wasn't awake for 2 days straight. You still notice there is someone near you. 

Family is more important than a game. A game is just a line of codes with some pixels. Family is love and much more.

I finally got an update on him, so let's see.... He finally got stable enough to get a surgery done to get a plate in his head. He's been in and out of consciousness, but the first time the nurse asked what his name was and mouthed his name. On Tuesday he mouthed my cousins name. He may very well get through this.

Glad to hear things have stabled out a little, still seems like theres a ways to go, though. Hope everything continues on the up side.
