Update on Pax's wife - Electric Boogaloo!

Ok, so....Wed the oncologist released my wife back to her surgeon. They scheduled an appointment for 3:30pm EST today.

First off, he's a bit worried about the blood clot. The hospital didnt do an ultrasound of her legs to check if the blood clot came from her legs. And that bothered him. So tuesday morning we are going back to him to have that done. He wants to know full well what is going on with the previous blood clot before he performs surgery. He says it had to come from some where. And he says more than likely the legs. And since she twisted up her ankle some time ago, so yeah. We will find out more then. Isnt a bad thing, he just doesnt want to take any chances, and neither do we. So its all good up in da hood!

Any ways. Her surgery is scheduled for this Wed! WOOT! CAN I GET A WOOP WOOP? We dont know what time yet, we will find out what time and which hospital at her appointment tuesday morning.

Now the details of surgery. Ok so, this is going to be an all day thing. Out patient surgery at that. Unless there is complications with her lymphnodes, she doesnt have to stay the night. The surgery itself will only take 1 hour. Its everything else that is going to take up most of the day. They have to perform a couple test to see if any of the lymphnodes are infected with cancer. He is already expecting to take out a couple closest to that of the lump.

Other than that, everything is great. We werent expecting to be through surgery this quick, but hey not complaining. The faster the better!

It will be 6 weeks after surgery before she starts back on chemo again.

So, pretty obvious, I wont be on at all Wed (yes i keep abbreviating cuz i cant Fing spell it...lol)

So tuesday I will let you guys know about the ultrasound.

WOOP WOOP, getting that surgery out of the way sounds like it'll be hectic! Heres hoping all goes well!
