[PSA] Forum changes! Empty [PSA] Forum changes!

For the next couple of hours (maybe even longer during the day), you might see the forums "glitching out" or not looking like what it used to look. This is completely normal - we are updating our forums' layout and code to improve the overall useability as well as some critical layout issues (most applicable to mobile handheld devices IE iPhones, Droid phones, etc).

Also staff please take note that I DO have a backup. Please do not revert the forum changes that I am making. :)
